A direct introduction to a mortgage specialist
Three quick questions and your number, all on this page. Your details go to GCC Mortgages, a RERA-registered, DED-licensed Dubai brokerage I work with directly. They come back to you with what you can borrow, before you commit to anything.
I am not a mortgage adviser. Financing is arranged and regulated through GCC Mortgages, and terms and approval are decided by them and the lender. Nothing here is a loan offer.
Mortgage questions
How does the mortgage introduction work?
You answer three quick optional questions and leave your name and number. Your details go to GCC Mortgages, a RERA-registered, DED-licensed Dubai brokerage, and an adviser contacts you to compare banks and rates for your situation.
Does it cost anything?
GCC Mortgages states that its broker fee is paid by the bank, not by the client. Terms, eligibility and approval are decided by each lender, and nothing here is a loan offer.
Can non-residents get a mortgage in Dubai?
Many UAE banks lend to non-residents, usually with a larger deposit than for residents. GCC Mortgages lists non-resident finance at up to 65% loan-to-value, but the exact figure depends on the bank and your profile.
How quickly can I get a pre-approval?
GCC Mortgages states that pre-approval is typically issued within 24 hours, once the adviser has your documents.
Who will contact me, and how?
A GCC Mortgages adviser, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Your details are shared with GCC Mortgages only after you tick the consent box.
