My view

The benchmark. Emaar communities tend to hold resale demand because buyers know the name and the master plan gets finished. You pay for that certainty in the price per square foot, so the question is rarely "is it good" and usually "is this phase priced right against the resale stock next door".

What I check hardest: Launch price against completed resale in the same community. In mature Emaar areas the resale market is often the better buy.

Where does Emaar Properties have projects?

On my property map Emaar Properties has 62 projects across 17 areas, including Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Waterfront and Mina Rashid, Emaar South.

When are Emaar Properties projects due for handover?

The handover dates the developer has given for these projects run from 2026 to 2031. Dates are the developer's own timelines and can move, so confirm before acting.

How do I check a Emaar Properties project before buying?

Check the payment plan and what each instalment is tied to, that your payments go into the project escrow account, the developer's record on past handovers, service charges, and whether the price per square foot matches comparable projects. I go through each of these with you before you reserve anything.
